I can't do the Emerald ones b/c whatever sweetener they use doesn't agree with me!
I found this one and tried it last night!!
Preheat oven to 325 and line a baking sheet with Foil
1 egg white beaten till frothy (super bubbly)
1 generous pinch salt
1/8 tsp vanilla (I used ½-1 tsp)
½ cup Splenda
2 T cocoa powder
1-1.5 cups nuts/seeds
Get the egg white frothy then beat everything in except nuts. It will be gloppy Stir in nuts (I used about a cup) Spread out on foil and bake 15-20 min
With this amount of nuts/seeds it was like a Brittle
I made mine with Pumpkin seeds Pecans I'm sure would be DIVINE!!
Since the Cocoa Roast almonds don't last very long in my cupboard and they're just so darn expensive here, I buy them only occasionally. Seriously, I can't wait to try this with my bulk almonds and cashews
