OK. so. here's the deal. I COOKED last night - a very exciting moment. I'd bought a SMALL eggplant, and two SMALL globe zucchini, and decided to stuff them with ground lamb and veggies. YUMMM. [no breadcrumbs, no cheese, just veggies, lamb, tomato sauce, a little white wine, some fresh oregano and some moroccan seasonings, no added fat]
but, as i started the prep, i realized that i'd have WAY too much food. and while i had planned to have a little extra, there's no way i'd get through it all. SO, i invited one of my neighbors over - and sent her home with a doggy bag!!
VOILA!!! problem solved! still had a little extra - there's really no point in me cooking these days.
