Well, my energy level is way up there. There are so many things I can do these days. I need to learn to eat better though... My hubby is forcing me to eat protein alot in the day time... he will not let me leave to table unless I eat a good amount of chicken or fish... I am having problems with hair fall. but im working on it... I am very active and eat right.... and make sure i get my protein shake every morning,,,, first thing i look forward to in the am's... I was very cared for in India... I am feeling very well. Thanks all for your support... because of you, I am motivated...
