I FINALLY got to the other side of this one and dropped 3lbs very suddenly! Woohoo!! Now I only have 9 more lbs to lose before I am at MY goal for surgery!! Again...

you're a star!!!!! I've been dealing with reality this weekend - and it hasn't been pretty. this whole self-care thing is hard. there are people in this world who manage it. i'm not one of them.

I'm struggling, my average weight is lower, but I'm not really going anywhere, guess I need another fill soon. Like I really want to see another doctor...but a woman's got to do what a woman's got to do. Right? Right!
