That is awesome, congrats!
I am going to try kayaking in the next month or so. I also want to do rock climbing but would like to get under 200 lbs before I try that.

I'm just enjoying being able to scrunch up in bed and bring my legs up onto the chair with me! Still working on crossing them comfortably
Congrats and enjoy yourself! It really seems like all the little things are what make you feel the best.

Hope I don't out perform my artificial knee before I'm through !!!! LOL!!!

Not this weekend where my big fete will be surviving an all you can eat Pig roast for 6 hours. But next weekend to celebrate me becoming a Palindrome 33! I'll definitely give you all the play by play!
WE're opting out of scuba I want to be a stronger swimmer first

KO- you will love kayaking. It is really low stress on your joints, and it is SO empowering just gliding through the water, getting your rhythm with the stroking. In terms of balance, the guide always had us kind of the hula with our hips once we were in the kayak to show us that is where our center of power and control is. As a woman, knowing our hips are in control is kind of cool- the guys sometimes don't get it (don't even know where their hips are) . Congrats!
