Talking Grateful I can live life again
It's fabulous day in Idaho for gardening!!! I shoveled some rocks for the rock garden my brother Joe made out front, pulled weeds from around the roses, thinned the bushy looking grapevines to look more vine like and just pushing the broom to sweep up the clipping kicked my butt! AND yet.....I have lost soooo much weight, am in such better shape, that can do all these things this Spring.....I'm so very GRATEFUL!

I know exactly what you mean. Life is just so much easier when your not lugging around over 100lb of excess fat. Gardening used to be such a chore which would leave me exhausted. Last week I mowed my lawns, front and back without so much as a twinge. I've more energy now than I had in my 20s.
