I'll give you my menu for today Its been pretty good so far!
B 2 scoops Isopure coffee and 1/4 cup Milk
245 54 grams
S 1 cup zuch and squash with 2 tbsp hummus
75 ish
L 2 oz smoked Turkey (I sprung for the good stuff!)
1/4 cup rf italian cheese shreds
2 tbsp flax
Arugula Salad ( my favorite!)
190 20 ish grams of protein
Coffee with whole Milk 45
yogurt with Unjury
180-185 25 grams
Dinner hmm could be Italian inspired boneless pork cutlets with some Italian Zuch and cheese Maybe a flax parm "breading"
or if I'm lazy a veggie burger all depends!
I might make Choc PB "magic cookies" tonight
