Ok so I'm working out, building muscle and I ahve lost some weight. However
could it be that building my ab muscles has made my pannus and underlying flab more perky and less droopy?
I'm having a pants problem b/c it's not so droopy as before.
Tell me if I'm crazy or not
I saw an example of this over on OH. The girl did have a belly flap, flabby thighs, and batwings. She had worked out faithfully and showed the befores and afters. Because she had toned the underneath structures she wasn't sagging and bagging as bad. She stated she didn't believe that her skin had firmed a great deal, but the healthier firmer muscle pulled in the extra skin, she did change shape. The results were there in the pictures. YOU GO GIRL!
