Default Happy 2009!!!!

There's no doubt - this has been a hard year for many of us. But, we've stuck together, and we're still here - and most of us are doing MUCH better than we were at the start of 2008.

It's an honor to be associated with all of you - here's hoping that 2009 is a GREAT year - healthy, happy, full of love and happiness.

Start your day with a smile, and get it over with.
Keeping it off is a hundred decisions a day that help you maintain what you achieved. And that's the hard part. - L Sanders

Happy New Year To All...Thank you so much for all the support you've given me since I started coming to this site...

It's not the finish that matters - it's what you've learned along the way

!!!Happy New Year Everyone!!!

It's been a hard 2008...but I would do this year over again 100 times!

*This is the year I took my life back!

*This is the year I took control of my health!

*This is the year that my heart flowered

*This is the year my body shrunk!

I made new friendships and rekindled old ones! I am happy for the good times and am grateful for the bad...another set of "Bleedin' Learning Experiences!"

I am grateful for you all! AND am looking forward to getting to know you better and better!

it's only our own perception that tells us
whether or not it's half empty or half full...
it's a Choice!!!

Default Happy New Year

Happy New Year to you all. I'm asking God to grace you and bless you all now and in the coming days!

I worked last night, came home sat down, ate ricotta and SF pudding, and woke up in time to see the ball drop and then woke up an hour later with a broken neck and back. I'm the most exciting person! LOL!!!

I'm excited about this coming year and what it holds for us all. A time for healing for some, a time of getting the routine of water, protein and supplements, a time for exercise!!!!!!!!!!!, and time to enjoy the new US. Because we are ALIVE!!!!! and got it going on.

Happy New Year Everyone! I pray that you all have a wonderful 2009. I am so grateful for this site and to know that I am not alone on this journey. I know that my journey has started while many of you are near completion of yours. It still feels great to have some advisors, elders, experienced folks to talk to along the way Be blessed, I am looking forward to great things in 2009!
