It's pretty bad over by me. I am trying to exercise a little every day. At least that. Every day is a new day and so far today I have eaten reasonably. I am trying to take it 3 hrs. at a time. I will eat every 3 hrs. today. Something I like but that is healthy and around 250 calories. My clothes are tight, I am miserable. I don't want to post at my usual places because I am embarrassed by myself right now.

I'm doing pretty well exercise and diet-wise, but I've been feeling so lonely in the past few weeks. I guess it's just the Christmas blues.

Hi Fru!
I'm doing fine with diet and exercise, it's just the rest of life that's too overwhelming right now!

Susan, was the wine and mixed nuts your dinner last night? I was so full from lunch with DH that we ended up with wine and cheese and crackers (ww of course!).

Christmas cookies decorated by small children...so there is more frosting than any adult would have ever loaded on said cookies. Made just for me by the cutest kids on the planet. Seriously. They are. I checked.
