I'm new here today, and toward that end, I'm posting my first mini-goal!
I am shooting for a 10 lb loss, and 100 miles on the stationary bike at the gym by my dd's birthday, which is also Valentine's Day!
How am I going to do this?
WW. Points. Write 'em down, good, bad or ugly!
Gym. Go every week day.
Horses. Work them 2x a week.
Dogs. Walk them at least every other day (they need it too!).
Shopping for Healthy Foods. Make the time to plan and prepare.
