It's been a long time since I've been here and though I've managed to keep most of the weight that I lost last time I was here off , I see the numbers trying to creep back up on me.
I still have such a long way to go that I knew right away (when I woke up this morning and my jeans were a little too tight) that I better get back to the place that motivated me the most.
I've started to eat better than I was but, still a little slack on working out.
Truth is I'm not sure what triggered me to stop my healthy ways..or why it's taking me so long to get motivated this time.
All I really know is I need to get back on track, and I'm grateful for any suggestions.
