I'm feeling like Fatty McFatso with visions of lemon bars dancing in my head. I need a sure fire way to make it stop. I should go home and exercise for an hour or so and I'll be too tired to think about it.
The truly unfortunate thing for me is that I have to stop by the bakery on the way home. Tomorrow is the Great Pie Fest at my daughter's school.
hmmmm lemon bars as I know them, truly arent that bad - maybe even cut it in half? save some for later in the week.... I say work one in. Maybe do your exercise and then have one? Just eat a bit lighter at dinner?
That's what I would do. If I really really want something, then I allow myself to have it - or it gets worse and i eat more of something else. Of course if I wanted a super size meal from mcdonalds... I might smack myself in the head before i ate it, lol
