Have you been to the Goal forum lately? If not, start there. Look at the pictures of all those people who started where you are now and lost it one pound at a time. It's only two pounds a week. That's only 500 calories less a day to eat and 500 calories more a day to burn. In a year, you'll be down that 100 pounds you need to lose.
