Default Geez! There are calories and fat in my supplements!

I started taking fish oil caplets a while back. I should have realized that since it is an oil that there would be calories and fat. My Vitamin C has calories and 1 carb. I should have known that since it is chewable, it, too would have calories.

everything has calories. It's not that much. I take fish oil too, it's 10 cal per supplement. Believe me, something like that isn't going to ruin your weight loss or cause you to gain.

Yeah, I don't think any of us got to where we are because of the calories in fish oil caplets and Vitamin C tablets

Take those supplements anyway! You can't get enough vitamins and minerals when cutting calories, without supplementing. At least I can't at 1400 calories per day. I'm always low on something at the end of the day.
