Tomorrow is a weird day for me, I need a head start on planning - I am leaving for work tomorrow at 6:30am and probably wont be home for at least 24 hours - probably close to 30 (I will be working the whole time) - gaaah!
breakfast will be ice tea protien juice, english muffin with light better deli turkey and cheese - might have a banana as well or save for later
for lunch I am going to go to subway and get a roasted chicken - no cheese but might get extra chicken.... I am thinking I will get a 6" but I might get a footlong so I can have some for later (to try and tempt me from not eating the pizza others will be eating)
I am also going to pack some corn/mushroom mixtured with cut up chicken breast (might use the extra chicken from subway since it is lower in cals)
for snacks I have packed: rice crackers, anti-pasto, celery, cheese wedges, mini popcorn bag, raisin bran bar, thinsations, yogos
I will drink at least 4 liters of water, probably some diet coke and coffee as well
there will be no exercise tomorrow as I do not want to get up at 3:30am when I will be staying awake for over 24 hours as is
wish me luck... and fingers crossed I can get a weigh in this weekend!

s- cottage cheese on raisin toast
l- turkey wrap, sour cream and onion chips, pear
s- yogurt, apple
d- pork loin, green beans, mashed potatoes
