I've just started anew on my quest for a healthier lifestyle. Have hired not one, but TWO personal trainers so that I have one session with each of them every week.
Despite working hard during the last week, I stepped onto the scales to find that I had actually gained
Where in the past this might have p**sed me off to the point where I'd give up, I got out the tape measure instead and was thrilled to find that 1cm has come off my thighs, my waist and also my hips
So with a bounce in my step, I'm actually starting to look forward to going to the gym after work. I can feel my body changing, my mood is lifting and I'm feeling great.
We can all do it!!
