Why the need to put a deadline on the number?
Many people who set goals they don't make give up thinking that weight loss is "impossible". What will you do if you DON'T make your goal?
Why not focus on non scale goals... like so many days on plan, or exercising so many days. The weight will come off if you follow a good plan, it just may not come off as quickly as you would like!
