Well everyone how are we doing it is october 27th, and we only have a few more days. i will admit i gave up ice cream for the most part but i sliped one time *bad me* but for me that is pretty good. i did however drop the 5lbs so far. well all weigh in on the 31st to see how we all did. No one is aloud to get upset if they didnt lose this was just the first of many small goals. well just try again. I plan to set a new mini goal for thanksgiving so you all can join that too. good luckto you all i just wanted to remind you that tuesday was the end of the challenge and to keep up the good work over the weekend. If you have a sweet tooth and have to have soemthing sweet and fruit just doesnt cut it for you seriously go get the sweet stuff cut you a small piece *if it is a snack cake take a bit and throw it away* you wont eat out of the trash. lol i know thats a waste but hey you will look at it as was it really worth buying the snacks to take a bite and throw it away. and next time wont buy it. hehe. anyways never deprive yourself it makes things worse just practice moderation. off to clean house guess my boys dont like to see the carpet *picks up toys and grumbles* lol have a good day
