I got this idea from Chatterbox1982. Hope you don't mind my using your idea.
Some of us just have problems exercising or we don't like sticking to programs. So how about filling a jar with exercises that you write down on paper. Of course they can be duplicated. Then everyday you pick one randomly out the jar and commit to doing that exercise that day. Another idea is to get a second jar and fill it with numbers. And what ever number you pick will be the amount of minutes you do for the day on that particular exercise.
I'll probably do this myself. I've been having trouble sticking to exercises.
