To kinda go with what was said below. I know some of us have a hard time telling ourself nice things or we just cant think of something nice to say. Well i would say get a jar out and write down as many nice things you can think of about yourself , then have someone you know ,,,EXAMPLE husband,child,other family member, or friend, write more things that are great about you on some paper. fold all the pieces up and put them in the jar and every time you are feeling down reach in that jar and read one. this will help you feel better.
we used to do something like this in school when i was in a small group we had to write something nice about each person in that group and it always made us smile. have a great day everyone.
