Planning for Saturday 30th September.

    I am so sore this morning from yesterday's circuit training. Every bit of me hurts!

    Going to make a good effort this weekend to plan and eat well so here goes.

    Breakfast - english muffin, reduced sugar orange marmalade, coffee

    Snack - banana

    Lunch - tuna pasta salad, black grapes

    Snack - no pm snack

    Dinner - chicken parmesan low fat style, roasted asparagus with garlic

    Water - 3 liters

    Exercise - grocery shopping, light housecleaning

    least your exercising, I really need to get back to that! I haven't exercised in almost 3 months, haha.

    I will be good today and EAT more, at least 1200 calories today I sware!

    B- french toast (I hope!)
    L- dunno prob have a late breakfast and just a snack later... cereal or someting
    D- we have so much food in the fridge, there is some chinease.... but I kinda wanna go out for dinner... boyfriend and I never do anything anymore and we never went out for our two years... so yah

    today is up in the air, but at least I am here! haha
  • Yesterday night, I had 1/3 of a calzone. I let myself have it because I've been good for 7 days straight!!!

    tHIS morning I had a Latte with a wheat bagel and veggie cream cheese.
    I'll have some soup and a pita for lunch and then steamed veggies for dinner.
