Planning for Saturday 30th September.
Morning :)
I am so sore this morning from yesterday's circuit training. Every bit of me hurts! Going to make a good effort this weekend to plan and eat well so here goes. Breakfast - english muffin, reduced sugar orange marmalade, coffee Snack - banana Lunch - tuna pasta salad, black grapes Snack - no pm snack Dinner - chicken parmesan low fat style, roasted asparagus with garlic Water - 3 liters Exercise - grocery shopping, light housecleaning |

Yesterday night, I had 1/3 of a calzone. I let myself have it because I've been good for 7 days straight!!!
tHIS morning I had a Latte with a wheat bagel and veggie cream cheese. I'll have some soup and a pita for lunch and then steamed veggies for dinner. |
