We are going to Disneyland, it is a very Spur of the moment spontanious thing. My husband has an interview in Phoenix (well east of) and we are taking the drive and we will stop off At Disneyland for a few days. Originally it was going to be 1 day but now it is going to be 3!!!!! My daughter is going to love it. My son will be in AWE but he is not quite a year so he and I will be sitting on the sidelines of a few rides.
Now I am starting my 2nd month of my healthy living lifestyle and I am sooo Afraid that I am going to overeat while I am there. I know I will be walking all day everyday we are there, plus we are planning to take the kids swimming. I am also cutting back on my calories for yesterday, today, and (hopefully) tomorrow. That way If I do over-indulge My weekly average will still be on track. My main way of controlling the portions is sharing with my daughter. (She is only 3 but she will eat plenty!) I am taking my protein shakes/bars for breakfast I figure we will eat in the park for lunch, but we will do Subway or Dennys for dinner since they are within walking distance of the motel. I also don't want to undereat. I know I will need the energy So Any good snack ideas for me? We will be in the car for 20 hours to and from (that is including our breaks to stretch our legs.)
