hehe....I was just going to say the same thing!! but hey? kidney stones are painful nonetheless!!!

Ripples.....ouch!! have you tried icing your shoulder? hope you feel better soon.

Had a good day today. Crappy morning though, lately....once I get the boys off to school all I want to do is to sit and watch tv....NO ENERGY. Then after awhile (after sitting doing nothing...) then I get up and go to the gym. Once I'm there, its great!! Its just getting there is my problem!!! I did an hour of the treadmill and then about 20 minutes of weights. Dare I say I'm on a roll? lol, this is day #5 OP

For me, keeping healthy food at work has made a big difference for maintaining at a stable and healthy weight. I have a mini-fridge in my classroom and a microwave down the hall. I buy some healthy frozen entrees at Trader Joe's and also keep cut-up veggies, hummus, water bottles and some crackers available. I used to also keep small cans of low sodium V-8 juice.

Sounds like you are already back on track--

Well I am doing okay I think, still not moving more but getting the food habit back.

Thank you all. Now this weekend. I need to do stuff around the yard and house and maybe , just maybe go for a walk.
