Ok so I am about 12 lbs from goal weight. I would like to weight about 145, but it seems to me as if I have more than 12 lbs of fat left, Has anyone ever gotten close to goal and felt the same way? Also when you got to goal was it what you expected? Or did you need to lose more? Thanks
Have you heard the analogy about the paper towels? It goes something like this ... the first towel on the roll hardly goes all the way around but the last few towels can wrap a few times ... thus adding thickness.
When I loose a couple of pounds now ... it makes a huge difference! A pound of fat takes up a lot of space on a smaller body.
See if you can find the picture of a pound of fat versus a pound of muscle. It's quite enlightening.
