Unhappy How in the world do you get your boobs back?

I know after losing lots of weight, some women lose it in the chest area. And I sure have. My breasts are like null and void. They used to be nice and firm but now they're like complete and total FLOPS.

I know there's really not much that can be done to get them back to what they were before, but is there anything that will help at least a little? Without surgery that is?

Good question, one I would love to have an answer for! I guess if you work on building the muscle it could go either way, flatten them out or build up the flop! Good Luck!

That's the problem, though, there isn't any muscle in the breast.

Ooooo, yeah, build up the pecs!

Still, though, I don't think that's gonna help me any, lol. I remind myself of one of those little old ladies whose boobs hang clear to their knees

Mine were actually still in pretty good shape after childbirth. It's when I lost all the weight that they started getting horrible.

No miracles. Building up the chest muscles underneath may help them sit higher, but it won't undroop them. Someone posted something about massaging in lotion -- I think it's in the loose skin thread. Good posture always helps, of course, as does getting a bra that fits well and supports.

Re surgery, I've heard or read that a breast lift is nowhere near as painful as a breast reduction. I imagine the cost is just as bad, though.

Yeah, that's the problem. But oh well, not much we can do, I guess

I used to have really nice breasts. And now they're just gone.

This may be true (it's true for me, too). But remember, 83lbs are gone as well!

I have the opposite problem, I have lost 40 pounds and now my boobs stick out more than ever. I have always been self conscious about this. I'm hoping that I will lose atleast some of them in the final 20 pounds or so.

Time has been the only thing that has helped me. I shrank from a full 38-40C to a 34 B. Only in the past 6 months (hit maintanince November '04) have I noticed great improvement. I haven't focused exercising specifically on my pecs, so I don't know if it works. While I wasn't expecting them to get bigger, I was glad my skin kind of caught up with the rest of me.

Yeah, maybe I just need to give it a little time. But I honestly don't see these babies coming back. They remind me of a couple of deflated balloons, lol.

I used to be a 36C. Nice, full, round breasts. I got many compliments on them.

Excuse me while I go flop on my bed and sob like a 5-year-old.
