I'm going to USE fitday this week. I will USE fitday. Fitday will be USED by ME this week. hehehe....

B - 2 weetabix biscuits; 1 cup unsweetened soy milk; 1 cup mixed berries; 1 hard boiled egg.
S/L - Slimfast, water, water, water
S/D - Grapefruit w/ 1 tbsp sugar
D - 1 cup spaghetti w/ 1 tsp red pepper olive oil; steamed brocolli; broiled chicken breast; Kinder chocolate bar for dessert.

That's just shy of 1100 calories according to FitDay (which I will USE this week), so I'll probably end up grabbing something from the store, like a sandwich, if I get hungry enough.

Eggs just don't do it for me. I don't know what it is about them, but I swear I am hungry again half an hour after eating eggs. And not just a little hungry--so hungry I am shaking, have to eat hungry! Even if I have toast with them. So I don't eat a lot of eggs. For dinner they are okay (in a quiche or strata), but not for breakfast--I'll never make it to lunch.

My Friday is all planned out, with no eggs:
B - It's oatmeal day! Not sure what I did but it was especially yummy this morning. 1 cup oatmeal, spenda, blueberries, cinnamon and vanilla, and soy milk.
S - Tea, maybe yogurt with wheat germ
L - Lean Cuisine Panini (I'm running low on groceries)
S - Energy bar
S - Grapes, nuts, or popcorn
D - Healthy Joes (sloppy joes with a zucchini thrown in) on a pita, hamburger bun, or tortillas (whatever is lowest in calories)
S - low cal pudding

Exercise: 1 hour with trainer
