I'm not sure if anyone will remember me -- but I'm back. Wasn't doing so good in my weight loss efforts and went hiding for a while.
In the past several months I've managed to gain back a bit of the weight that I had lost, and I'm trying to put the brakes on now and go back in the right direction. I hit Onederland just before the winter holidays, and bam...I'm back t 210.8 today. I've actually been hovering at 210ish for several weeks, but I don't want to stay here.
First Goal: Back to 199
