As for today, the plan will be something like:
- smoothie (banana, pb, ice, skim milk)...I bet if I remembered to freeze my bananas, I wouldn't have to add any ice
- sandwich (low-cal, whole-grain bread, lean ham and turkey, reduced-fat Swiss cheese, light mayo, honey mustard, baby spinach)
- turkey burger w/swiss cheese on light wheat bun
- maybe some SunChips or a quick pasta-type side
