Mudbugs, your funny. I too am a fellow platauer (word? Prolly not) Mine has been for 3 weeks. I upped my calories because my exercise is getting good! 1 lb in three weeks. And now TOM is here...I'm just gonna lay low for the next few days. See if it passes. My inches are minimal if anyone was gonna ask!
Well my whining must have helped a little...182 this morning, and believe me NOW I am changing that ticker!! I'll probably be back up to 183 tomorrow, as usual, but as for today, I am 182.0 and I'm a happy camper.
yup.. change what your eating round a bit.... try something new
you dont mention about exercise... maybe you could do a bit - or change what you are doing...
Maybe you could have some fruit in the am... it would be less cals im sure that a glass of milk.... (not that i know for sure!) give u some vitamins and the natural sugars will get you going ....
