Hey everyone...I just wanted to know do any of you take a daily multivitamin?
I really have had horrible eating habits and I am changing the way I eat but I thought I should be taking one. I have been taking centrum for 3 days now. I just wanted to know have any of you seen any benefits from taking it? Is it neccesary? Just wanted to see what you all thought.
I take one when I remember, a couple of times a week. I eat a varied diet with lots of vegetables, so get the nutrients that I need. But on days like today when we had to take a day trip, a multi-vitamin is helpful.
I take a multivitamin everyday. It can't replace a healthy diet, but I figure that it'll pick up the slack if I didn't get enough of a particular vitamin that day.
I take daily Theragran-M. I also use Calcium and Potassium as these lab levels consistently show low with my lowered carb way of eating. This probably isn't necessarily the case for people who aren't on prescription diuretics.
Thanks for the input! I figured it would help since I know for the last year or so I haven't been getting nearly what I need vitamin wise. Can't get vitamins from junk food! lol Anyways...I also was wondering have any of you noticed any changes with your body? Like any positive changes since taking multivitamins? Just curious...
I don't know what effects are from what as I started taking vitamins the same time I decided to start eating healthy and exercising. I just know that most likely due to a combination of them all, I'm much healthier, feel much better, and haven't had any colds like I used to get. Haven't really been sick at all. I take them every day, with added calcium since I'm not big on milk.
I take Centrum, as well as a calcium/magnesium tablet. I don't know if it makes a difference or not -- I THINK it does. I feel better when I'm taking them (I'll go weeks without, either because I forget, or I'm too disorganized even to take a vitamin pill.)
I take One-A-Days, extra Vitamin C, and Omega 3, 6, and 9 capsules and honestly, I haven't noticed anything from taking them but I feel better knowing I'm getting vitamins and stuff that are good for me.
