Since I am about to start South Beach, I'd love to join this challenge with you. I was going to stay from all challenges but this one actually suits me. Since there is no goal number in mind in that time (which always discourages) but just a general "how much can you lose", this will work.
Only thing is, I won't be able to start until next Sunday since I won't be able to food shop until Saturday afternoon or evening. I'm kind of stuck with what I have in the house until then.
I'll keep checking up on this thread.
