but i am back!! at least for a couple of weeks!
i just wanted to pop in and say hello!! i miss all you ladies here in support!
i have been keeping up with the running like a good little girl, but life itself (mainly work and school) has had me so crazy the past month or so that everything else (besides running) has taken a back seat!
anyway i hope everyone is well, staying on track with eating and exercise and feeling GRRRRRRRRRRREAT!
