B - 2 pieces of whole grain toast, natural peanut butter
S - Horizons organic plain fat free yogurt, 6 oz fresh raspberries
L - big salad, tons of spinach, 3 oz chicken breast, grape tomatoes, carrots, 1/2 yellow pepper, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, dressing on the side
S - 1.5 cups bing cherries
S - cut up veggies (grape tomatoes, carrots, orange pepper strips, sugar snap peas)
D - weekly treat meal
going out to Purple. I plan to have a glass of red wine, split a goat cheese/honey/cracker appetizer, order the blackened salmon salad with avocado, red pepper, dressing on the side and of course, some split some sort of decadent dessert. cup of coffee with cream to finish the meal!
