I've been playing racquetball, and am just starting up squash. I usually play with my SO, but even alone I find them to be a lot of fun and quite good exercise. I really think it is important for exercise to be entertaining so that we want to do it and not rely so much on grim determination to get us off the couch.
The things I believe:
Cal in < Cal out = weight loss
All foods can fit into a healthy diet, some just need to be in smaller portions.
Variety is the spice of life: eat a new dish, play a new game, or go to a new place every week.
