Question What does TOM and OP stand for??

I've seen those two words several times on these boards, but what the heck do they mean? I think TOM means time of the month??? and I have no idea what OP stands for, maybe on patrol??? lol. Clear this up for me would ya?

You are right about TOM (although I'm not too fond of this paticular expression since it's a MAN's name). And OP stands for on plan/program.
