Congrats on your raise Courtnie. That's awesome. And good job on waking up to get your excercise in. I wish I was more like that. I really do need to start waking up early to get some sort of workout in. I'm still waiting for my AHA! moment that will get me to straighten out this whole diet mess!!!

Ps. I rearranged my goals. I hope you guys don't think that is cheating. It's just that I want to start from today and my new goals seem more realistic for the time that is left.

Rosario, no problem! I think I need to change mine too. I don't think I am going to lose 18 pounds by the 23, I think even 10 might be pushing it

Wow, busy morning!!

Courtnie - congrats on the raise Nice timing with your moving too, have you started that packing yet? My brother once got a company to come pack for him, that would have been fun I think. I wouldn't change your goal just yet.. keep aiming high!

Rosario - I definitely don't think it's cheating to change your goals. You don't have to exercise in the morning as long as you just exercise! I personally cannot get up early and exercise, I like my sleep.. heh. I watched the first episode of The Hills last night (MTV Canada is slow), it was alright, kinda anticlimatic! But I am looking forward to it this summer though

Wow - Can you believe it's already the 22nd of June? Where is the time going?? I need to get to work on this weight loss thing, like 100% commited! Tomorrow is my weigh in.. fingers crossed!

We used to be very close in weight, and started around the same I think too. Then I fell off a bit with visiting relatives. You are probably still ahead of me, even with camping.

Update: I lost 3# since taking this challenge, but I'm back to where I was about a month ago playing with the same 1/2 pound. Less than 2 weeks now - don't know if I will make my challenge but I can say removing a pound is removing a pound. Keep working girls!

Goodmorning! I got on my scale this morning, and was down ANOTHER pound! So I'm taking it! 228, wow, I don't know when the last time I saw this number!

softballmom - you are right, even if you don't make this challenge, you've still lost 3 pounds! And thats what matters, that they come off.. even if it's slow

I may not make my July 4th goal either, however, we've got 11 days, so lets really work those day and aim high!! Anything is possible, well, except waking up and being at goal without working at it.. heh.. What if we set up a 2 day challenge, where we pick our biggest weaknesses and really work on getting 100% to plan for those days?? What do ya'll think??

I think that two day challenge sounds good Aimee! I have been slipping, but trying to make up for it with extra exercise. I stuffed my face last night with seafood and some cheesecake so I came home and rode my bike for another 45 min, haha. I am sure it doesnt help that much, but hey, I am sure it doesn't hurt either! Congrats on ANOTHER POUND how awesome!! I am having sushi tonight for dinner, I hope the scale is nice tomorrow morning. I am going to try soooo hard to not blow my calories today! please scale be down tomorrow... pleeeeease
