B- protein juice; strawberry yogurt; two pieces whole wheat toast; low fat cream cheese; chicken lunch meat
S- coffee with fat free cream
S- few peanuts
L- salad (romain lettuce, shrimp, dressing); few crackers
S- apple pear (not sure what they are really called)
D- something with ground beef
Water- 6 liters
Exericse- already done 1 hour on my bike might do some more later
