Where is everyone?
Well I had a bad weekend, eating wise - I was down two pounds on Saturday morning (my weigh it day) but back up 5 this morning (probably water weight) but know I don't know if I can really count my loss or not! but anyway, here's to a better day (I hope!!)
S- banana
B- protein drink; watermelon; vector cereal; skim milk
S- coffee with fat free french vanilla cream
S- baby carrots; cucumber
L- salad (lettuce, tuna, crazy hot dressing); crackers
S- fruit source bar
D- half a piece of homemade pizza; salad (or something like that - I have to get that pizza out of the house, haha)
Water- 6 liters
Exericse- already did 1 hour on my exericse bike, might do more later
