Default almost 2 weeks without binge!
it's a record for me, and i want to share it with you...
i'm feeling great, i don't know how much i lost cause i have an awful digital scale that changes weight every time i go on it...
but not little changes...10 kilos difference!
anyway i don't want to use a scale at least for a month...
there's time for it!

Congratulations!

As a binge-eater myself I know how hard it is. I'm on day 11 without a binge, I can't wait to hit the 2-week mark! THen I will look towards a 1 month goal...

I am a binge queen and do know how exciting to control food. I don't know you, but am very proud of your 2 weeks binge free progress!! Bravo!! please keep up the good work and continue on having binge free months ahead!! You will make it!!
