Look at me! I am late! Where has everyone been lately? Our threads are so empty!

B- protein juice; banana; quaker instant oatmeal (less sugar); frozen strawberries
S- coffee with fat free cream and sugar
S- fruit source bar
L- baby carrots, sandwitch (whole wheat bread, low fat cream cheese; deli chicken breast, lettuce, cucumber)
S- watermelon; thinsations (chips ahoy)
D- not sure yet, was going to go for sushi but my friends aren't going till 9... but who knows...

Water- 6+ liters
Exerise- NONE - I did so much the other day (tuesday) and hurt my knees I skipped wednesday and did yesterday (not as good as I would like) - anyway by the time I got off my treadmill I could barely walk! I hobbled my way into the running store and I was told to take a break for a week! I also got myself some REAL running shoes (I have been running in cheap ones) - so I hope it helps!

Yay for JuneBug!

And all your running is very inspiring. I managed to jog a bit with my dog the other day, I swear she looked at me like I was dieing or something. It was probably all the wheezing!

I'm planning again..... My marathon walk is at midnight next Saturday so there's probably going to be some funky planning going on over the next week and once I've done that I'm really going to refocus

Tomorrow will be:

B: home made strawberry smoothie and slice of wheat free bread with peanut butter
S: Apple
L: Salad with feta cheese and pumpkin seeds
S: Another apple
D: Taking BF out for a surprise dinner to a jazz bar so something light but some wine too.

Exercise: spinning

Have a great day!
