Exactly! Good clarification! I eat a lot but I eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies, etc. as well as smaller portions of meat and stuff! The bonus too is you get a LOT of stuff like spinach, tomatoes, etc. for your calories!! It is not only great to be thin but it is important to be healthy!
