i was actually down a pound this morning to 170 and TOM started today...so that was really good for me. I haven't been to the gym in a week now because my car broke down last week and was in the shop, but i still walk on my lunch break!!
i should be heading back to the gym tomorrow. I can't wait. I am doing pretty good for this challenge so far. hopefully, i'll even pass my goal!! i hope so!!!
