I totally agree with the fact that your body may be just changing into an "adult" one, and not the body of a 16-17 year old girl any longer. As a teenager, for instance, I was a B bra cup. As I hit around the age of 20-21, I became a C cup and got curvier. After children, well, they are a D-DD.
The weight that I was able to maintain easily as a 17-18 year old-there is no way that I can even get to, much less maintain, at the age of 30. There was no way I could even get to that small of a size/weight at around age 22-24 without doing it in an unhealthful fashion-meaning starving and over exercising.
You can continue on with your exercise regime, and you can try to make some healthier eating choices than what you are already doing-and you may lose a couple pounds doing that. But-there does come a time when 100 pounds just won't ever happen again.
