Past Week: 1178 cal
That is all I have entered and I know there are a few days that are a bit low (like 700 or 800) because I forgot to add dinner and such into them or the items were not in fitday and I have NO IDEA what they were that I was eating. haha - but there is only two days like that.

It seems most days lately I am between 1200-1300 - I do have a dairy of food I was eating before guess I could go back and enter foods in for like two weeks before I started cutting calories - but I wouldnt remember how much of everything I ate so guess that doesnt work so well - I was only writing down what I was eating and not how much.

No I wouldn't bother unless you're detail fan. If you're not hungry. If you have lots of energy to do all the things you must do and exercise. And if you are getting your nutrients (another fitday report) ... don't worry. I think you're doing just fine!

I'll weigh in... while I think you're not going to kill yourself or anything at 1200-1300, you could probably eat a lot more AND lose weight given your current weight, especially if you're exercising. What happens if you plateau? Are you getting enough nutrients? That can be hard to do at 1200 calories.

I'm about 20 pounds heavier than you and losing on 1800-1900 calories/day with moderate exercise.

Just something to think about. Obviously you have to figure out what works for you, but think long term, not short term.

Just take a multi vitamin. Lots of us do.
Overthinking is what sends a lot of folks right to the cookie jar.
You'll be fine!

I am not a stranger at all! I come here everyday!

Okay I will EAT MORE! But tips of what else I can eat or add that I don't have to eat a lot of? Like something small but good for me that will quickly add 300 or 400 calories? I am so scared of eating some bad :| haha

good things to eat:
yogurt
cottage cheese
salads -- or other ways to get in veggies
hummus (as a veggie dip)
tuna
all kinds of fruit (fresh pineapple is one of my favorites)
whole grain pastas or breads
brown rice
healthy granola bars (I like the kashi bars)
cheese (I eat some lowfat, and regular, in small bits).

...

Veggies don't have many calories in them and I try and eat a lot already.
I eat a fair bit of meat - or rather - more then I would like. I am not a huge meat eater - I like it - just never eaten much.

I could eat oatmeal I guess - but even that has like 100-200 calories. I would have to eat like 3 helpings! haha Oatmeal also has iron and last time I donated blood I was turned away because my iron was too low - so that is a plus there.
