It has been 3 weeks since I really lost weight. So I have changed up my exercise routine trying to break through what I feel is a plateau. I was talking to my Aunt and she told me not to get discouraged because I am sure you are losing inches. I had never really put much value into inches, until now. I had not even checked to see if I had lost any inches since I started on this journey, but thanks to my Aunt I pulled out the measuring tape and was really surprised. Since January I have lost 8 inches just from my hips. So when the scale does not move it does not mean all of your hard work is for nothing. Your body is still changing. So ladies keep up the good work. And remember the scale is just one way of measuring physical health.
good job,, I do the same thing. Now that I am down to only 14 lbs to lose the weight is slow coming off. However, when I measured I had lost a total of 11 inches from chest, 11 inches from abdomen, and 12 inches from hips. Don't ever get discouraged, we all have times when the lbs. don't show.
