Breakfast -- Fresh blueberry muffin, water
Snack -- 100 calorie pack
Lunch Chicken salad (chicken, lite mayo, lite ranch, celery, onion, pepper), spinach salad, balsamic vinagrette
Snack -- A banana, 1/2 cup milk
Dinner -- lean beef pattie (I use the 93% lean hamburger) and steamed broccoli.

Trying to keep under 1200 calories, but not working too well. I get bored with the same foods so easily, so I am going to go up to 1300 for a week, and see if I am still losing.

Did 1 mile walking this morning
20 push-ups
60 crunches,
and my pilates tape 1

My deal just lately is exercise. So I have a plan for that and will work away at keeping under 1400 cals too.
My day is kinda nicely chopped into sections for me which is good. I'm going walking in just a few minutes here. I have to meet my husband at lunch to sign back an offer on our house. I'll come home and do some weights.
Just a minute ... I think I can sketch out the food too then.
I'll get fruit, cottage cheese and yogurt ready for when I'm done walking, we'll probably eat out for lunch and supper will be fish on garlic spinach. I'll assess all that later to see what I've got left for calories for evening snacks.

There it pays to type slowly!
