Today I weighed in at a 2 lb loss from last time, so I am down a total of 4 pounds for March.

One more and I get a smiley marker!!!!

Hi ladies, well I weighed in today and was down to 231 this week which gives me a total lost of 4lbs since last month and a total of 19lbs thus far. I only lost 2 inches this month, I'm a little disappointed,but I know where I went wrong, so I'm get my act together and make the best effort to get close to my new goal for 4/1 of 220. Congrats to all the losers.

I pushed myself and got exercise in yesterday and today I'm shooting for it again. Hope everyone has a healthy day.

okay, i almost hate to post this since my official weigh in's are on fridays, but i am just so excited. i am now 2 pounds down since friday. i don't know how i did it, but it definately said 177.4 this morning on my scale. and i stepped on it 3 times, yes, 3 times to be sure. and it still said 177. so, i'll take it!!! that puts me at 2 pounds for the month of march i believe. now, only 4 more to make goal for april 1st.

and tonight is another gym night. so another 40 minutes weight training and 25 minutes cardio. yay. and let's don't forget my mile or so walk at lunch. (this is going to happen. i can do it!!!)

Sheri~C, thanks for th tip. I have started some weight training in addition to my other exercise and eating plenty protein. Hopefully there will be some improvement next Monday!

Hi all! I just wanted to check in. I am on my 3rd week of eating healthy and exercising regularly. Last week I did not reach my exercise goal, but this week I am right on track! We will see what the scale says on Friday!
