okay, i almost hate to post this since my official weigh in's are on fridays, but i am just so excited. i am now 2 pounds down since friday. i don't know how i did it, but it definately said 177.4 this morning on my scale. and i stepped on it 3 times, yes, 3 times to be sure. and it still said 177. so, i'll take it!!!
that puts me at 2 pounds for the month of march i believe. now, only 4 more to make goal for april 1st.
and tonight is another gym night. so another 40 minutes weight training and 25 minutes cardio. yay. and let's don't forget my mile or so walk at lunch.
(this is going to happen. i can do it!!!)
