Today I will have a calorie deficit. I will enjoy the college boy who has to go back to school today. I will enjoy the princess who is coming home because she has a dress fitting tomorrow morning.
It's a six hour round trip to take #2 son back to school, so we'll probably eat out. But I will exercise too.
So perhaps not nearly perfect but good under the circumstances
Eat good food. Move yourself. Lift something.
You'll be surprised how much you don't miss grain.
i did end up eating the other pop tart.. , but overall it was an ok day. i did eat off and on all day. i couldnt ever not feel hungry. i know i didnt exceed probably maybe 1500-1600 calories so i am ok with that...today its a new day!
I post here now I did not have time to do this yesterday...
I got up yesterday and did 2miles on treadmill like a good little girl..lol
I ate great till I go to my mother-in-laws house she had all the wrong things to eat but I only had one serving of the things I eat so on the hole not a very bad day....just alittle dull....
